Terms and Conditions

 

1 – In using this website you are entering into an agreement with Aberdeenshire Tours to plan and provide your private, bespoke day tour(s)

2 – Full payment is required on booking.

3 – Aberdeenshire Tours reserves the right to alter tours, where necessary.

4 – Tours will last up to eight hours.

5 – Cancellation Policy:
a) should you cancel with more than 14 days notice the cancellation fee is 10% of the tour price
b) should you cancel with 14 – 7 days notice 75% of tour price is payable
c) should you cancel with less than 7 days notice no refund is due.

In the unlikely event that Aberdeenshire Tours has to cancel your tour, you will be given as much notice as possible and a full refund.

6 – Travel Insurance – it is important that you have adequate travel insurance in place.
